You can use local trades to do this, or the ARKPRO team can take it further provide you with a bespoke quotation for the finish that you require. Prior to construction, you of course will need planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness. You can use an architect/planning consultancy of your choice for this, or the ARKPRO internal planning department can also take care of all your architectural and planning requirements for a fixed fee of only £1500 incl.
